Lead’s Town Hall building was constructed in 1912 and served this function through 1938. This ornate building originally housed many town functions, including the mayor’s and treasurer’s offices, the court room, judge’s chambers, and the jail, which now houses our taproom, Jailhouse Taps. The gallows were located directly behind the building. The Homestake Mining Company housed their general offices here for nearly 50 years, and the building now is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Relax; enjoy a comfortable stay, a light continental breakfast, and finely crafted Belgian beers.
