In 2012, the Deadwood Historic Preservation Commission under the guidance of Macrovison, LLC began developing short, 3 to 5 minute videos on various projects and programs relating to the Deadwood Historic Preservation Commission.

Known the “Deadwood HP Moments”, these videos include historic and contemporary film footage, photographs, and historic ephemera.
Since its inception, 34 videos have been created through this project.

The topic include archaeology, conservation, Mount Moriah Cemetery, local museums, and HP funded projects and program.
